Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?

Background

Aviel stays with his single mother at Sikimbilo area, and he is 8 months old. He likes playing around with other children and he is always happy. The family usually has two meals a day, and the mother still breastfeeding Aviel. She works as a tailor in order to set food on the table. Aviel had the following chief complains: cough, hottiness of body and poor appetite.

Medical history

Aviel was admitted in the hospital in-patient and discharged after three days. He was already showing improvement after the second day of treatment. His mother was happy with the support given to her child. The patient was admitted with cough, nasal congestion, teary eyes, hotness of body. After laboratory test as FHG, CXR the patient was diagnosed of Severe Pneumonia. The patient was treated with IV antibiotics. Now the patient feels better.

Prognosis

Prompt treatment is required before the infection spreads to other parts of the lungs. If left untreated, at such an early age, the infection may quickly cause fatal complications.
