Background
Zainab's father lost his life to an attack by Boko Haram insurgents about 9 years ago when they invaded their community in Muna. Zainab is now supported by her mother and five siblings. To help support her family, she's involved in tailoring and dressmaking as a source of income. Medical history
Zainab was diagnosed with Right Breast Fibroadenoma was admitted for surgery (Excisional Biopsy) on 05th August, 2023. Surgery was conducted successfully, the patient had his post-operation treatment and was discharged home on 08th August, 2023.
Prognosis
The breast lumps are safely treated through surgery with good prognosis and this would eliminate the chance of breast cancer and the pain and discomfort associated with the lump.
