Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About digestion system
Acute Appendicitis occurs when the appendix becomes inflamed and filled with pus. Appendicitis causes pain in the lower right abdomen, vomiting, fever. Cholecystitis is the inflammation of the gallbladder. It happens when a digestive juice called bile gets trapped in the gallbladder. The gallbladder is a small organ under the liver. It stores bile which is made in the liver. Both diseases, if not treated urgently can lead to death.

Background
Levi is an bright child, and wants to be a pilot when he grows up. With the illness, his hopes of becoming a pilot are growing slim because he does not go to school at times because of the pain. Levi was diagnosed with appendicitis and cholecystitis which required urgent medical attention. Admission date - 6th August.
Medical history
The child underwent a surgery which was successful. Levi is now able to go about his life with no more abdominal pain.
Prognosis
Cholecystitis should be treated with antibiotics, and acute appendicitis should be operated as soon as possible. Without the treatment, inflammation may cause complications with a fatal outcome.
