Background
Hajara is 21 years old. She is petty trader she graduated from a state polytechnic and. She is very hard-working young lady with big hopes and dreams. She is an orphan but still never gave up hope on what she had dreamed of becoming. She is also a farmer. Some years ago, a procedure of appendicitis was carried out on her, about a week ago the place has been giving her ceaseless pains as well as abdominal pains and a little bit of fever. With her little income, she could not get better medical care until Helpster came onboard. On presentation at our hospital, she was evaluated and diagnosed with Peptic Ulcer Disease.
Medical history
Hajara a 21 years old, reached Albishir Clinic with pains, sometimes causing her to have sleepless nights and even crying due to pains. The doctor's diagnoses revealed peptic ulcer disease. Prognosis
With proper treatment, the prognosis for peptic ulcer disease is generally very good. Most patients recover fully, especially when the underlying cause—such as H. pylori infection or NSAID use—is identified and treated early.
