Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About malaria + pid
Malaria is a mosquito-borne parasitic disease caused by Plasmodium species, leading to symptoms like fever, chills, headache, and body pain. It targets red blood cells and can escalate to severe forms such as cerebral malaria or multi-organ failure if untreated. Transmission occurs mainly in tropical regions through infected Anopheles mosquitoes. Early detection and antimalarial treatment are key to full recovery. Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) is a serious infection of the female reproductive organs, often resulting from sexually transmitted bacteria like Chlamydia or Gonorrhea. It causes lower abdominal pain, abnormal vaginal discharge, painful intercourse, and fever. If left untreated, PID can lead to infertility, ectopic pregnancy, or chronic pelvic pain. Prompt antibiotic treatment helps prevent long-term complications.

Prognosis
Doctor stress that malaria and pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) are both serious conditions requiring immediate medical attention. Malaria is treated with antimalarial drugs like artemisinin-based combination therapies (ACTs), while PID is managed with broad-spectrum antibiotics. Early diagnosis is vital to avoid complications like organ failure in malaria or infertility in PID. Doctors also emphasize preventive measures—mosquito control for malaria and safe sexual practices for PID.
