Zara is a 12-year-old child was presented to her health facility, zara who's lives in ngomari She is hardworking, dedicated to her studies all the time. She aspires to becoming a medical doctor. History of Oliguria, dysuria, hematuria and lower back pain for the past 5 months, pain subsides after she took some pain killers. On presentation at our hospital, he was evaluated and diagnosed with Kidney Stones. His condition requires urgent surgery.

Zara,a 10-year-old girl, presented with a history of lower back pain,dysuria, hematuria accompanied by Oliguria for the past five months After thorough evaluation and investigation, she was diagnosed with left kidney stone. She underwent successful Nephrolithotomy surgery without immediate complications. Due to the nature of her condition, she was admitted for 3 days for close monitoring and post-operative care. Zara, recovered well and was discharged home after 3 days, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for 1 week.
