Sanu Rani, a 27-year-old woman, is 27 weeks pregnant with her second baby, which is in breech position, and her doctor has advised a C-section to prevent life-threatening complications. The patient, Sanu Rani Rumpa 2nd gravida at with a previous cesarean history, was admitted to City Clinic on 24th September 2025. A successful cesarean section was performed the same day, and she delivered a healthy baby. Both mother and child progressed well and were discharged on 29th September 2025 with proper postnatal advice.
