Khadiza Akter, a 20-year-old housewife, is 36 weeks pregnant with her second child, and her previous delivery was via C-section. Her family, led by her husband Ratul Baizid, a rickshaw puller earning only 6,000 Taka per month, struggles to meet their basic needs and cannot afford the urgent C-section she needs due to severe oligohydramnios. Khadiza Akter was admitted to the hospital on July 05, 2025, with a diagnosis of Oligohydramnois. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and newborn were discharged on July 09 2025, in good health. Her husband came to the hospital to receive her and their child.
