Tithi Rani, a 22-year-old pregnant woman, was advised by the doctor to undergo a C-section at 28 weeks because her first delivery was also by C-section, and delaying it could put her life in danger. Her family, consisting of her husband Rubwl Ray, their 7-year-old son Aditto, her father-in-law, and mother-in-law, barely manage to survive on their small income of 5000 Taka a month from daily labor work. They live in a tiny tin shed with just two rooms, limited electricity, and no savings for such an expensive procedure. Without the necessary treatment, Tithi's health could deteriorate rapidly, risking her life and that of her unborn child; if she doesn't get help soon, she might face a critical situation or worse. The family’s limited resources make it impossible for them to afford the costly surgery, leaving them helpless and anxious about her future.

The patient, Tithi Rani 2nd gravida at with a previous cesarean history, was admitted to City Clinic on 10 August 2025. A successful cesarean section was performed the same day, and she delivered a healthy baby. Both mother and child progressed well and were discharged on 14th August 2025 with proper postnatal advice.
