Milon Bala, a 22-year-old mother in her 33rd week of pregnancy, has a complicated obstetric history and was advised by doctors to undergo a C-section due to past uterine complications. Her husband, Sujon Ray, works as a day labourer at a furniture shop, earning only 8,000 taka a month—barely enough to support their five-member family living in a modest two-room tin-shed house. Unfortunately, they cannot afford the surgery, and without it, she faces a high risk of uterine rupture or other life-threatening complications during delivery. The family is desperate, knowing that without timely treatment, both mother and unborn child could be in grave danger.

A successful cesarean section was performed the same day, and she delivered a healthy baby. Both mother and child progressed well and were discharged on 29th July 2025 with proper postnatal advice.
