Rani Roy, a 25-year-old woman, is over 23 weeks pregnant with her third child and has a history of complicated pregnancies, including a miscarriage and a difficult first delivery. Her current baby is in a breech position, and doctors have strongly advised a C-section to prevent life-threatening complications for both mother and child. Her husband is a poor farmer earning only ₹6000 a month, barely enough to support their family of five, including their elderly parents and young daughter. Rani is a caring mother and resilient woman, but without urgent medical intervention, she and her unborn baby face serious risks, including the possibility of losing the child or endangering her own life. The family simply cannot afford the cost of the surgery despite the critical need.

The patient, Rani Roy 2nd gravida at with a previous cesarean history, was admitted to City Clinic on 21th September 2025. A successful cesarean section was performed the same day, and she delivered a healthy baby. Both mother and child progressed well and were discharged on 25th September 2025 with proper postnatal advice.
