Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About emergency care
A "right twisted ovarian cyst" refers to a condition where an ovarian cyst on the right ovary causes the ovary itself to twist around the ligaments that support it. This twisting is known as ovarian torsion, and it's a serious medical emergency. Here's a breakdown of what that means: Ovarian Cysts: Ovarian cysts are fluid-filled sacs that develop on or in an ovary. They are very common, and most are harmless, often disappearing on their own without treatment. However, some cysts can grow large, causing symptoms or leading to complications like twisting. Twisted (Torsion): When an ovarian cyst (especially a large one) causes the entire ovary to twist, it can cut off the blood supply to the ovary and sometimes the fallopian tube. This is a critical situation because prolonged lack of blood flow can lead to tissue damage and even the death of the ovarian tissue.
