Background
Mst Khadija Begum, a 37-year-old housewife living in a small home with her family, is 32 weeks pregnant with her second child. Her husband Harun ur Rashid, a garment worker earning only 7,000 Taka a month, struggles to make ends meet for their family of four, including their two sons, Habibullah and Mostakin. Khadija has a breech presentation and needs a repeat C-section to ensure a safe delivery, but they cannot afford the high medical costs. If she does not receive proper treatment, there is a serious risk of complications such as birth trauma, cord prolapse, or even stillbirth, which could devastate her family. Their limited income makes it impossible for them to pay for the necessary surgery without assistance.
Medical history
Admission : 07.08.2025. Discharge: 10.08.2025. Problem : Breech Presentation. Khadija Begum was admitted to the hospital on August 07, 2025, with a diagnosis of Breech Presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby. Both mother and newborn were discharged on August 10, 2025, in good health. Prognosis
