After menstruation she started having some pains in her vagina, then it became swollen to the extent that she couldn't walk. On presentation at our hospital, she was examined and found to have a swelling collecting put in the anterior vaginal wall. After thorough evaluation, she was diagnosed with Labial Abscess, requiring urgent drainage under anesthesia, admission, and antibiotics.

After her menstruation, 20-year-old Precious David began experiencing sharp pains in her vagina, which soon became severely swollen, making it impossible for her to walk.
