Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Brighton is an 8 year old boy with a cut wound in the left scrotal area. The injury was caused by a nail which the child had been playing with. Brighton would like to be an accountant when he grows up. He specifically wants to work as an accountant in the bank. He likes swimming and playing football in his free time. He is currently in grade 3. Brighton was discharged on the 14th of August.
Medical history
Brighton's cut wound was cleaned under sterile conditions and sutured. He was then put on antibiotic medication and anaelgesics. Within a few days, he was feeling much better, and his wound was tightening. It is now fully healed.
Prognosis
A cut wound in the scrotal region needed urgent care, and had been sutured under local anaesthesia. If left untreated, the patient would loose lots of blood, which could threaten his life.
