Nipa Akter, a 24-year-old housewife living in a small tin-shed home with her family, is facing a difficult pregnancy with her labor lasting over 10 hours. Her husband, Md. After experiencing labor pain for over 38+ weeks, she arrived at our hospital where doctors performed an ultrasound that revealed that there is fetal distress of the baby and their is history of 1 caesarean section previously , making vaginal delivery impossible. An emergency cesarean section was promptly arranged, and the procedure was successful, resulting in the birth of a beautiful baby girl. Both the mother and the baby are safe and sound, with no complications arising from the surgery. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Heroes and the hospital for their timely and effective care.

Given the history of previous cesarean section and current fetal distress at 38+ weeks of pregnancy, an immediate cesarean section is necessary to ensure the safety of both mother and baby. Delaying the procedure could increase the risk of complications such as uterine rupture, fetal hypoxia, or stillbirth. Prompt surgical intervention is essential to prevent life-threatening outcomes.
