Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Godfrey is an 18-year-old orphan living in a church within one of Nairobi’s slums, where he is cared for by church members. He enjoys playing football and watching cartoons. The church leadership hopes he will excel in his studies and one day become a lawyer. Recently, Godfrey began experiencing abdominal pain, nausea, and loss of appetite. Three days ago, while in class, he started vomiting and became unable to walk, prompting those around him to bring him to the hospital for medical care. He was diagnosed with exacerbated peptic ulcers disease
Medical history
18-year-old Geoffrey Briwe was diagnosed with peptic ulcer disease. He was treated with medication and rehydrating fluids to manage the condition and support his recovery. With all medical expenses fully covered by Helpster Charity, Geoffrey’s health improved steadily. The treatment relieved his pain, restored his appetite, and allowed him to return to school with renewed energy. His family is deeply grateful to Helpster Charity for their life-changing support.
Prognosis
The patients condition (PUD) heal within a few weeks. He only needs medication for about fourteen days. Medications given are very effective in treating peptic ulcers. How ever prevention relies on managing risk factors like NSAID use and H. pylori infection.
