Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Jafar is a 14 year old child living with his parents. He so passionate about learning new things. He is in a government junior secondary school in their little community. He wishes to become a medical doctor in the future. He couldn't attend classes for about 2 weeks as a result of pain he has been passing through because of his bones. The parents on hearing about Helpster Charity came to Albishir clinic seeking for proper medication. On presentation at our hospital, Jafar was evaluated and diagnosed with Sickle Cell Bone Crisis.
Medical history
Jafar visited Albishir Clinic to receive medical support from Helpster Charity, he was having severe pains in his bones, making him not to walk due to pains. The medical team received him and he was diagnosed with bone crisis. Drugs were prescribed and administered accordingly. He was closely observed for some days and when the doctor was satisfied with positive response to medications, he was discharged and given time for follow up.
Prognosis
Bone crises involve intense bone pain due to conditions like sickle cell disease, Gaucher disease, or infections. When treated early with proper medication and care, the outlook is usually good. Repeated or untreated crises, however, can cause long-term complications such as bone death, joint damage, or chronic disability. Regular medical follow-up improves out.
