Momotaz Khatun, a 19-year-old housewife, and her family live in deep poverty, with her husband Monirul Islam earning only 6,000 Taka a month as a day laborer. She is now 36 weeks pregnant with twins, both in breech presentation, which makes delivery very risky without a cesarean section. Due to their financial struggles, they cannot afford the costly surgery needed to ensure the safety of both mother and babies. If she does not receive this urgent treatment, there is a high chance of birth trauma, cord prolapse, or even stillbirth, which could be devastating for the family. Thanks to Helpster Charity and the support from Mother Clinic, they are hopeful that her life and her babies’ lives can be saved from these potential tragedies.

Momotaz Khatun was admitted to the hospital on July 09, 2025, with a diagnosis of Breech Presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby. Both mother and newborn were discharged on July 16, 2025, in good health. Her husband came to the hospital to receive her and their child. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Mother Clinic and, Bablu Abdullah for their treatment and support. Her husband was especially thankful for the financial assistance provided by Helpster.

Momotaz Khatun, at 36 weeks of pregnancy with both twins in breech presentation, requires an urgent cesarean section due to her previous C-section and the high risk of complications. Delaying or avoiding the surgery could lead to life-threatening situations for both mother and children.
