Rabi Sagir, a devoted mother of three from Kaduna State, is making a profound impact in her community. As a shining example of community spirit, Rabi Sagir continues to touch hearts and minds, leaving a lasting impact on those around her. She is 36 weeks and 4 days pregnant with triplets, she was in active labor when she was rushed to the general hospital, but the husband does not have money to pay for Caesarean Section, so she was told about Helpster and then rushed to the hospital for the caesarian section. On presentation at our hospital, she was evaluated and diagnosed with Triplets and in need of Emergency Ceaserean Section to deliver the babies.

Rabi is a 26year old pregnant woman, who was rushed in labor but due to high risk of multiple pregnancy and imminent complication, she was rushed into the theatre for an emergency. Unfortunately, one of the triplets was lost and the other two were transferred into the Neonatal ICU due to the fetal complications. The woman was recovering from the surgery while the children were moved to NICU to receive phototherapy and incubator treatment. Both mother and the twins were discharged after a few day. After days in the hospital, and improved clinical conditions - the patient and her two babies were discharged home. Rabi Sagir was given antibiotics and pain killers as take home medications and was scheduled for review in the coming weeks. She is so grateful to Helpster Charity for the free Cesarean surgery and care for the neonates.

The patient presented with multiple pregnancy but one appeared to be not viable while the other two are viable and would be delivered successfully all things being equal.
