Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About bronchopneomonia
Bronchopneumonia is an infection causing patchy inflammation of the bronchioles and nearby alveoli, often due to bacteria like Streptococcus pneumoniae. It presents with fever, productive cough, difficulty breathing, and chest pain, especially in children, the elderly, or immunocompromised. Diagnosis is by clinical exam and chest X-ray, with treatment using antibiotics, supportive care, and prevention through vaccination and hygiene. Muhammad has been having cough, fever as well as as difficulty in breathing.

Background
Muhammad is the 3rd child among 3 children, he was born about a year ago. He is always seen happy with his other siblings. The father is a civil servant and the mother is a house wife. Muhammad's other siblings attends government secondary school. The parents are excited with the gift of Muhammad into their lives. 1 year ago, Bilal was born and few weeks afterwards, he started having difficulty with his breadth. He stayed with this difficulty with his breadth until helpster reached out. The news about Helpster Charity came to the family through their neighbour who has benefited from Helpster Charity. They brought Muhammed to be properly evaluated at Albishir Clinic. On presentation at our facility, he was evaluated and diagnosed with Bronchopneumonia.
Medical history
Muhammad - a 1 y.o child was having difficulty breathing, this lasted since birth, he was brought to Albishir clinic where he was admitted for 4 days. After thorough investigations and examinations, he was diagnosed with bronchopneomonia. Antibiotic injections and other supportive care was given. After his breathing improved, and no more cough, he was discharged with some take home orals and was planned for follow-up. The mother is happy and remained grateful to Helpster Charity for their support.
Prognosis
With prompt antibiotic treatment, bronchopneumonia generally has a good outcome, especially in healthy individuals. Delayed care or underlying health problems increase the risk of severe complications like respiratory failure or sepsis. High-risk groups such as young children, elderly, and immunocompromised patients may have a guarded prognosis.
