Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Respiratory Tract Infections (RTIs) are infections that affect parts of the breathing system such as the nose, throat, windpipe, or lungs. They can be upper (like colds and sore throats) or lower (like bronchitis and pneumonia). Common symptoms include cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose, and difficulty breathing. Most are caused by viruses and resolve with rest, but bacterial ones may need antibiotics. Good hygiene and early treatment help prevent complications. Malaria is a serious infection spread by mosquito bites, caused by Plasmodium parasites. It often starts with fever, chills, headache, body pains, and vomiting. If not treated early, it can lead to dangerous problems like severe anemia, convulsions, or coma—especially with P. falciparum. Quick diagnosis and treatment with antimalarial drugs are essential. Prevention includes mosquito nets, insect repellents, and clearing stagnant water. Enteric Fever (commonly called typhoid) is caused by the Salmonella typhi bacteria, usually through dirty food or water. It causes a high, long-lasting fever, stomach pain, tiredness, headache, and sometimes constipation or diarrhea. If not treated, it can lead to serious complications like bleeding in the gut. It is treated with antibiotics and fluids, while prevention focuses on clean food, water, and proper handwashing. On presentation, the patient's condition was immediately addressed with the right medications and being observed to see effective response to treatment.

Background
Yusuf is 4 years old, always very close to his mother because he is the last child among 5 children. He is naturally seen happy around everyone. The mother is always away at the village so the aunt looks after the younger ones. Yusuf has not been seen lively for few days, everyone noticed but how to go about the situation now becomes the bigger problem. No parents available and no money. We on our end as volunteers reached out, we're very glad as we received Yusuf at Albishir for proper evaluation under Helpster Charity. On presentation at our hospital, Yusuf was evaluated thoroughly and diagnosed with Respiratory Tract Infection, Enteric Fever, and Malaria.
Medical history
Yusuf showed signs and symptoms of malaria, test revealed malaria parasite, enteric fever and respiratory tract infection. Financial constraints made Helpster Charity to support Yusuf at Albishir Clinic, some antimalarial drugs were prescribed as well as antibiotics and other supportive medications was administered. The care was urgent and there was positive response to treatment. He was discharged after full recovery was made.
Prognosis
Respiratory Tract Infections (RTIs) often heal well, especially mild viral ones like colds or sore throats. Most. However, if not treated properly, serious infections like pneumonia can lead to breathing problems, especially in young children or the elderly. Malaria has a good chance of full recovery if treated early. With proper antimalarial drugs. But if treatment is delayed, especially in severe types like Plasmodium falciparum, it can lead to complications such as coma or death. Enteric Fever also has a good prognosis when diagnosed early and treated with antibiotics like Yusuf's condition. If left untreated, it can lead to dangerous issues like intestinal damage, but early care usually helps in rapid recovery.
