Mustapha Ali is a gifted child which used to be number one in his class and he has the ability of easy memorization he is second to last of the family his father was a farmer and his mother sells groundnut. Mustapha in couple of week presented with a noticeable of right inguinal swelling. The hydrocele was describe the characteristics on reducible, easily palpable, caused discomfort upon exertion. His medical history was significant for pre-existing conditions and well-controlled hypertension, no known allergies. Prior to the surgical date, mustapha underwent a thorough pre-operative evaluation. After evaluation, he was diagnosed with Hydrocele.

MUSTAPHA ALI, a 4-year-old boy, presented with a right scrotal swelling since 2 years but became more pronounced within few weeks associated with feeling of heaviness, pain and discomfort. After thorough evaluation and investigation, he was diagnosed with Hydrocele. Due to the nature of his condition, he was admitted for 3 days, had successful surgery, treated with antibiotics, rehydrated and pain medication to alleviate pain. Mustapha recovered well and was discharged home after 3 days, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for 1 week. Currently, he is doing well, has fully recovered, and has resumed his regular activities. We appreciate the timely intervention by Helpster and the UMD Medical team.

Mustapha's symptoms are impacting his daily life, causing discomfort and affecting his ability to cope at school and home. Fortunately, surgery is a great option to treat the hydrocele, which will improve his quality of life, prevent complications, and bring relief to his parents. Generally,repair of hydrocele is a minor procedure and has good surgical outcome with less bleeding and low risk of infection and patient is discharged after 2 or 3 days after the surgery.
