Ali M., 20

Ali is a 20 year old son of a carpinter. He is extroverted and likes watching movies and playing soccer.He aspires to become a military personal in the nearest future. Ali Mustapha he is 20-year-old boy with a stones developed gradually. Initially have been small and asymptomatic. As it grew larger begin to cause irritation and blockages within the left kidney. He describes the following back pain, abdominal and flank pains. On presentation at our hospital, Ali was thoroughly examined and found to be dehydrated. Further investigations with an Ultrasound confirmed a diagnosis of Left Kidney Stone.

Ali Mustapha,a 20-year-old boy, presented with a history of right loin pain,dysuria,lower back pain accompanied by hematuria since 5 months. After thorough evaluation and investigation, he was diagnosed Kidney stone.He underwent successful surgery without immediate complications. Due to the nature of his condition, he was admitted for 3 days for close monitoring and post-operative care. Ali recovered well and was discharged home after 3 days, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for 1 week. Currently, he is doing well, has fully recovered, and has resumed his regular activities. We appreciate the timely intervention by Helpster and the UMD Medical team.

Larger stones might require more extensive treatment like using sound waves to break up the stone (lithotripsy), surgery to remove large stones, or using a scope passed through the bladder to remove smaller stones. Stones can cause recurrent UTIs, which may become chronic and can lead to more serious kidney infections. Stones can cause obstruction to urine flow, severe pains, and kidney damage. Stone 1.6cm x 1.2cm, surgery is required to remove the stone otherwise it can cause urine obstruction/retention, pain, bleeding, kidney damage, and infections. It is our decision that it should be removed, and the prognosis is good if removed earlier.
