Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About lrti + malaria
Malaria is a parasitic disease transmitted by mosquitoes, causing fever, chills, headache, and body weakness. Lower respiratory tract infections (LRTIs) affect the lungs, leading to cough, chest pain, fever, and breathing difficulties. Both conditions are common in areas with poor healthcare access and can become severe if untreated.

Background
Ibrahim is the first child of his parents. He is 1 and a half years old. He brought joy into his parent's heart and his parents are already planning a good future for him despite being financially challenged. Ibrahim started having fever 2 days ago, watery stool, vomiting and throwing up every food he eats. The mother gave him a drug she bought from the chemist but no positive results yet. She heard about Helpster Charity and immediately sought for help. On presentation of our hospital, Ibrahim was evaluated and diagnosed with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection and Malaria.
Medical history
After starting treatment at Albishir, Ibrahim responded well to the antimalarial and respiratory medications. His fever subsided, his breathing improved, and within a few days he regained his strength and playful spirit. Thanks to the timely medical support and nursing care, he was soon able to return home, smiling and active once again.The family is deeply grateful to Helpster for covering Ibrahim's hospital bill, making it possible for him to receive the care he needed despite their financial challenges.
Prognosis
LRTIs have a good prognosis with early antibiotics or supportive care, especially in mild cases. Malaria also responds well to prompt treatment, especially with ACT. Delays in either condition can lead to severe complications or even death, especially in children.
