Mst Aysha Khatun, a 26-year-old mother of two, endures a life of poverty with her husband, a day laborer whose meager income is just enough to survive. While her dream is to provide her children with an education, she now faces a life-threatening crisis as she needs a third C-section, an operation they cannot afford. Her past traumatic delivery has left her with PTSD, making her terrified of the risks, knowing that without this surgery, she could suffer a uterine rupture, a catastrophic event that could take both her and her baby's lives. The family's worry and helplessness are overwhelming as they understand that their only hope for a safe delivery and a future for their family rests on receiving this critical medical intervention.
Medical history
Mst Aysha Khatun was admitted to the hospital on July 12, 2025, with a 37 weeks pregnancy with previous C-section and bad history lik PTSD. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby. Both mother and newborn were discharged on July 16, 2025, in good health. Her husband came to the hospital to receive her and their child. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Mother Clinic and, Bablu Abdullah for their treatment and support. Prognosis
An emergency C-section is absolutely critical for Mst Aysha Khatun and her baby. Without this surgery, the physical risks are catastrophic; a uterine rupture could occur along her old C-section scars, leading to severe hemorrhage and the potential death of both mother and child. Furthermore, the immense PTSD-induced anxiety she is experiencing could complicate labor, making the planned surgical delivery the safest option. A successful C-section will not only save their lives by preventing these fatal outcomes but also alleviate Aysha's emotional distress, allowing her to have a healthy baby and begin healing from her past trauma.
