Ibrahim enjoys playing football and exploring outdoors. He dreams of becoming a doctor to help others, inspired by his experiences. He is curious and likes learning about health and science. Ibrahim began experiencing lower abdominal pain, difficulty urinating, and blood in his urine about two weeks ago. These symptoms gradually worsened, leading to his hospital visit. He was diagnosed with a bladder stone measuring 2.5 cm. He successfully underwent surgery to remove the stone and is now recovering well with no signs of infection or complications. On presentation at the hospital, the boy was diagnosed with Bladder Stone with symptoms of obstruction and bleeding.

Ibrahim Muhammad Bukar, a 14-year-old male, was admitted on 14th July 2025 in general hospital nguru with complaints of lower abdominal pain, painful urination, and blood in urine. Investigations confirmed a 2.5 cm bladder stone. He underwent successful surgical removal of the stone (cystolithotomy) under spinal anesthesia. Post-operative care included antibiotics, pain relief, catheterization (removed after 48 hours), and fluid/dietary advice. The doctor’s prognosis is that with surgery, Ibrahim will recover well and regain normal urinary function, improving his quality of life. If left untreated, the bladder stone could cause severe pain, urinary blockage, infections, and long-term kidney damage.
