Throughout her stay, vital signs and progress were closely monitored and documented. On 5th July 2025 at 12:10 PM, she was reviewed and found to be stable with no complaints. She was subsequently discharged at 1:00 PM the same day and provided with discharge medications. A follow-up phone call later confirmed that she is now doing well.
