Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About pulmonology
Bronchopneumonia is a lung infection that involves inflammation of the bronchi and surrounding lung tissue, often appearing as patchy areas of consolidation on X-Ray. It's characterized by inflammation of the bronchi and patches of inflamed tissue in the surrounding lobules of the lungs. This condition can be caused by bacterial, viral, or fungal infections. Bronchopneumonia is a significant cause of death, particularly in young children and older adults. Bronchopneumonia when left untreated or inappropriately treated can lead to pleural effusion, which is an accumulation fluid in the pleural cavity of the lung.

Fatima is at risk of death from Bronchopneumonia if not urgently treated. Bronchopneumonia is treatable with the appropriate antibiotics and other supplementary management protocols. when left untreated it can lead to serious complications like respiratory distress etc. Pleural effusion is treated surgically with closed thoracostomy tube drainage, a procedure where the affected side is opened and a tube is inserted for the drainage of the fluid.
