Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?

When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Most Anowra Begum, a 26-year-old housewife, dreams of a brighter future for her two children, finding joy in cooking despite their constant struggle. With her husband Abdul Jalil's meager earnings as a day laborer barely sustaining their family of six, including her aging in-laws, the prospect of affording her urgent C-section is a terrifying impossibility. At 38 weeks pregnant with severe oligohydramnios and a history of two previous C-sections, Anowra faces a dire choice: without immediate medical intervention, she risks a life-threatening uterine rupture or severe fetal distress, shattering her dreams and plunging her family into unimaginable despair. Her young son, Abdullah, and the entire family anxiously await a miracle, knowing that this critical treatment is their only hope for Anowra and her unborn child.

Medical history

Most Anowra Begum was admitted to the hospital on August 13, 2025, with a diagnosis of a third pregnancy with severe oligohydramnios. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and newborn were discharged on August 17, 2025, in good health. Her husband came to the hospital to receive her and their child. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic and Bablu Abdullah for their treatment and support. Her husband was especially thankful for the financial assistance provided by Helpster.

Prognosis

oligohydramnios can indicate underlying issues and can lead to complications for both the mother and the baby, including impaired fetal lung development, limb contractures, and issues during labor and delivery. For this reasons, it is urgent need to conduct C- section. If it is not performed so, she and her child go for critical situation.
