Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Malaria is a potentially life-threatening infectious disease caused by parasites transmitted to humans through the bite of infected female Anopheles mosquitoes. Once inside the human body, the parasites multiply in the liver and then infect red blood cells, causing recurrent cycles of symptoms, including high fever, chills, fatigue, and, in severe cases, organ damage or failure.This stage of the disease is defined by the evidence of vital organ dysfunction. Severe malaria occurs when infections are complicated by serious organ failures or abnormalities in the patient's blood or metabolism.

Background
Rose and her siblings are orphans, and they are currently being taken care of by their grandmother. Rose is a jovial girl who likes to jump across the rope not only as a hobby, but also as a way of keeping fit. She would like to be an electrical engineer when she grows up. She has been unwell for the past few days, taking pain killers to ease the pain since the family could not afford the hospital treatment fee. Rose got worse today and could not go to school. Her grandmother brought her to the hospital for treatment after she realized that the illness has worsened.
Medical history
Rose was brought to the hospital with a fever, vomiting, episodes of convulsions and body malaise. After confirming that Rose was suffering from malaria, the child was put on medication. Rose improved and was discharged home soon after.
Prognosis
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
