Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Vomiting and diarrhea are the most common causes of dehydration in children. Treating children with dehydration remains a significant global challenge, particularly in resource-limited settings. Diarrheal diseases, which often lead to severe dehydration, are a leading cause of infant mortality worldwide, particularly among children aged under 5.

Background
He is the only child of a teenage mother, and both of them currently live with the grandmother, who is the sole provider for the family by selling sweets at the nearby market. The child began experiencing symptoms including cough, vomiting after meals, poor feeding, and watery diarrhea. Despite the mother trying home remedies, the condition worsened. She eventually sought medical attention after learning about Helpster Charity from a community health promoter.
Medical history
Richard Otieno was diagnosed with pneumonia and some dehydration. He was examined tested and put on treatment. He spent 3 days in the hospital being treated with hydrating fluids and antibiotics and antiemetics,. After 3 days he showed improvement, and discharged home to complete medications. Richard is now feeling better and back to his usual activities. His mother is so happy, and says thank you helpster charity for assisting my son
Prognosis
Richard is being treated for severe pneumonia and gastroenteritis with some dehydration and has a good prognosis with ongoing medical care in our hospital. Symptoms are expected to improve steadily with antibiotics, rehydration, and supportive management.
