Background

Her husband, a small farmer, toils tirelessly in the fields, but his meager income barely covers their daily necessities, making the cost of a necessary C-section an impossible burden. Without the surgery, Susoma faces the terrifying possibility of a dangerous delivery that could result in tragic outcomes like birth trauma or stillbirth, a risk she and her husband cannot bear to contemplate. Medical history
Susoma Rani was admitted to the hospital on August 14, 2025, with a diagnosis of Breech presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and newborn were discharged on August 17, 2025, in good health. Her husband came to the hospital to receive her and their child. Prognosis
Breech presentation, where the baby's bottom or feet are positioned to deliver first instead of the head, is associated with several risk factors, including prematurity, multiple gestations, uterine abnormalities (like fibroids or abnormal shape), placenta previa, and fetal malformations or conditions. That's why it is very urgent to conduct C- Section.
