Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Hauwa Bala she is first daughter to her parent and she likes to play always and all she wants is to see her educated as any individual does. Hauwa came to Ayaji Hospital after visiting numerous patent medical stores without improvement. She had a fungal infection that, if left untreated, could worsen over time. In her case, the infection had already progressed, causing a swollen foot and a painful ulcer that discharged of fluid. These symptoms made it difficult for her to walk or perform her daily activities. Early diagnosis and treatment were crucial to prevent the infection from spreading or causing more severe complications.
Medical history
When Hauwa first arrived at the hospital, she was suffering from a debilitating fungal infection that had caused severe systemic inflammation and excruciating pain. Initial assessments indicated that the infection had begun to affect her joints and soft tissues, making every step an ordeal. Phase 1: Intensive Intervention Upon admission, the medical team initiated an aggressive treatment protocol to halt the spread of the fungi. Because of the severity of her pain and the nature of the infection, she was started on: Amphotericin B: Administered intravenously to provide a potent, broad-spectrum antifungal defense during the acute stage. IV Fluconazole: Used as a secondary agent to ensure deep tissue penetration. Analgesics: High-dose NSAIDs and specialized pain modulators were used to manage her initial inability to walk. Phase 2: Stabilization and Transition As Hauwa’s inflammatory markers began to normalize, her treatment was transitioned to oral medications to allow for long-term suppression of the fungus. Itraconazole/Voriconazole: These oral antifungals were introduced to maintain steady therapeutic levels in her system as the IV lines were removed. Physical Therapy: With the pain finally under control, she began a guided rehabilitation program. Phase 3: Successful Recovery Over several weeks of diligent care, Hauwa’s symptoms improved significantly. The combination of targeted antifungal therapy and consistent monitoring allowed her body to clear the infection. Today, she has regained her full mobility, walking without pain and returning to her daily activities with a renewed sense of health.
Prognosis
