Most Jannatul Ferdousi, a caring 28-year-old mother, lives with her husband Hasmot Ali, a day laborer, and their two children—10-year-old Abdul Jabbar and 5-year-old Ummay Habiba—in a small home with only the basics of electricity and tubewell water. Hasmot earns just 6000 BDT a month, which barely covers food and schooling for the children, leaving no savings for medical emergencies. Jannatul Ferdousi Jui was admitted to the hospital on October 2, 2025, with a diagnosis of Breech Presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby. Both mother and newborn were discharged on October 10, 2025, in good health. This patient must be conducted C- Section due to two reasons. A. Breech presentation, where the baby's bottom or feet are positioned to deliver first instead of the head, is associated with several risk factors, including prematurity, multiple gestations, uterine abnormalities (like fibroids or abnormal shape), placenta previa, and fetal malformations or conditions. B. A third Cesarean section is often recommended after two prior C-sections due to increased risks associated with subsequent pregnancies and deliveries. These risks include potential complications with the placenta and uterine rupture, making a planned C-section the safer option in most cases. That's why is urgent need to conduct C- section as her first delivery was C-section. If it is not performed so, she and her child go for critical situation.
