Background
Aklima Begum, a 37-year-old mother of two, poured all her hopes into her children's education, sacrificing her own dream of a small garden. Her husband, Usuf Ali, a tailor nearing his 50s, brought in a meager monthly income of 6000 BDT, which was just enough to cover their children's school fees and daily needs. The family's fragile financial stability was shattered by the news of Aklima's breech pregnancy, a condition that demanded an expensive C-section. Without the surgery, Aklima faced the terrifying possibility of a tragic birth, one that could not only claim her and the baby's lives but also leave her children, Iti and Rakibul, motherless and with their dreams of an education likely lost forever.
Medical history
Mst Aklima Begum was admitted to the hospital on September 08, 2025, with a diagnosis of a third pregnancy with Breech Presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and newborn were discharged on August 12, 2025, in good health. Prognosis

Without a C-section, there's a higher risk of complications like cord prolapse, birth trauma, and asphyxia, which can be life-threatening. Therefore, the doctor's referral to Bablu Abdullah indicates the necessity of the procedure despite the family's financial hardship.
