When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
18years old Zainab is a known sicke cell patient. She lives with her parents who are farmers and siblings. S Before she stopped going to school due to her illness, she was in SS1 at GSS Katango. IfShe hopes to get better so she can pursue her dream of becoming a lawer someday. That dream is being threatened due to her health condition having lost 6 of her siblings in the past due to lack of funds for treatment when they were ill. Zainab is a known Sickle Cell Anemia patient who was brought as an emergency case to our hospital with the history of severe weakness, generalized body pains, yellowness of the eyes of 10 days duration. On examination, he was diagnosed to be in Sequestration Crisis (Hemolytic Crisis) secondary to severe malaria, anemia and dehydration. The parents had heard in their mosque about Helpster Charity and rushed the child to the hospital immediately her crisis began.
Medical history
Zainab presented and was diagnosed with Sickle cell crisis, complicated with severe malaria, anemia, and dehydration. The child was admitted, evaluated, treated appropriately and when Zainab made full recovery and she was discharged. She was excited and appreciates Helpster heroes for coming through for her and offering free medical treatment.
Prognosis
With prompt treatment using the necessary line of treatment, her recovery would be fast and she can go back home to her family.
