A third C-section is often considered due to increased risks associated with multiple surgeries.

Background
Tahmina Begum, a 34-year-old mother of two, desperately wanted to give birth to a healthy baby, but her third pregnancy was fraught with complications and financial despair. Her husband, a day laborer, earned just enough to feed their family, and there were no savings left after their last two C-sections. Now, facing a third surgery, the family was utterly destitute. Without the life-saving C-section, Tahmina's doctor warned of a high risk of uterine rupture, a catastrophic event that could tragically claim both her life and that of her unborn baby, leaving her two sons motherless.
Medical history
Mst Tahmina Begum was admitted to the hospital on August 25, 2025, with a diagnosis of a third pregnancy with Breech presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and newborn were discharged on August 29, 2025, in good health. Prognosis
