Kofoworola is the second child in a family of six. She lives with her parents and siblings in a two-room apartment. Her mother works as a teacher in a private school, earning about ₦35,000 per month, while her father is a farmer with an income of around ₦45,000 per month. Kofoworola is a well-behaved girl who loves reading, meeting people, and dreams of becoming a doctor in the future. The patient has been having recurrent abdominal pain for the past three months. She was placed on Tab Hyoscine, Flagyl at home until pain got worse on the, The patient was unable to stand erect and this was associated with vomiting, fever and headache. On examination, there is severe tenderness on the right iliac fossa with rebound tenderness.

Kofoworola was admitted on account of Acute Appendicitis which caused severed acute illness. The surgery was carried out as scheduled successfully with no recorded complications. The patient responded well to the surgery and the post operative management. She was discharged with a stable state of health upon recovery. She is currently doing much better, no abdominal pains or fever, and he is actively playing with friends and family .
