Hospital Nguru on 18th July 2025 with a 3-day history of high-grade fever, productive cough, difficulty in breathing, and poor oral intake. The mother reported associated nasal flaring and fast breathing. There was no history of convulsions, vomiting, or diarrhea. On examination, the child was febrile, moderately dehydrated, and in mild respiratory distress with nasal flaring and intercostal recession. Chest auscultation revealed bronchial breath sounds and crepitations over the right lower lung field. Other systemic examinations were within normal limits. Upon presentation at our hospital and After medical evaluation, Nura was diagnosed with community acquired Pneumonia.

Nura Muhammed Sarki, a 3-year-old boy from Kulogande, Nguru, was admitted to General Hospital Nguru on 20th July 2025 with symptoms of high-grade fever, cough, and difficulty breathing. He was diagnosed with community-acquired pneumonia and managed with intravenous antibiotics (Ceftriaxone and Clarithromycin), nebulization, fever control, and supportive care. Thanks to timely medical intervention and support, including assistance from Helpster Charity, Nura showed significant improvement by the third day. He was discharged in stable condition on 25th July 2025 with continued oral medications and follow-up instructions. We sincerely appreciate Helpster Charity for their crucial support in making this recovery possible.

Doctors are hopeful that with timely and proper treatment, Nura can recover fully and return to a healthy, active life. However, if left untreated, his condition could worsen and lead to serious, potentially life-threatening complications.
