Malaria Malaria is a mosquito-borne parasitic infection caused by Plasmodium species, leading to fever, chills, headache, and body weakness. Risk increases with poor immunity, underlying diseases, and environmental exposures such as air pollution or smoking. LRTI Lower Respiratory Tract Infection (LRTI) affects the lungs and airways, commonly caused by bacteria, viruses, or fungi. It presents with cough, chest pain, breathlessness, sputum production, and sometimes fever. If untreated, it can lead to severe complications like pneumonia, sepsis, or respiratory failure.

Background
After medical evaluation, Nura was diagnosed with a serious health condition (exact diagnosis not specified). He is currently receiving treatment, and while his condition is stable, he still requires ongoing medical care and the mother is a petty trader. He took ill sometimes ago, he started having noisy breathing, fever, watery stool and cough, he was treated but his body was swelling, he has been in pains for some days. Medical history

The patient has regained appetite, strength, and mobility, indicating readiness for discharge with follow-up and preventive care.
