When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About lrti + malaria
LRTI : LRTIs involve the lungs and bronchi, commonly caused by bacteria or viruses. Symptoms include cough, fever, chest pain, sputum, and breathing difficulty. They are more severe in children, elderly, and immunocompromised patients. Malaria: A mosquito-borne parasitic infection by Plasmodium species. It presents with fever, chills, sweating, headache, and anemia. High transmission occurs in tropical regions with poor mosquito control.

Background
Hajara is a child of 1 year old. She is very happy child, her 2 other siblings are always around playing with her. The parents are not doing any form of business at the moment. They're going to very difficult time as they barely have 2 meals for the day. Hajara started having fever, she doesn't seem lively as she is used to. The parents visited a chemist and they got a medication for the baby. The fever never left. A fellow told them about Helpster Charity because his child also benefited, they contacted a volunteer and they were directed to Albishir hospital for proper check up.
Medical history
Hajara a 1 year old girl diagnosed with malaria and lower respiratory tract infection has responded well to treatment. Symptoms such as fever, weakness, cough, and respiratory distress have subsided, with clinical evaluation confirming stable condition and clear chest findings. The patient has regained appetite and energy, indicating good recovery and readiness for discharge with follow-up care.
Prognosis
Prognosis of LRTI: With early diagnosis and appropriate treatment, most patients recover fully. Severe cases may progress to pneumonia, respiratory failure, or sepsis. Vaccination, good nutrition, and prompt care improve outcomes. Prognosis of Malaria: Severe malaria can cause life-threatening complications if untreated. Prevention measures and early treatment significantly reduce mortality.
