Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Isah is 3 years old and the last child of his parents. He is always around his mother being the last among the children. This year, he will be enrolled to a nursery school in their little community where his academic pursuit will begin. Isah was having a very high temperature one morning, he couldn't eat throughout that day, the parents were do disturbed because there's no money to even get drugs nor take him to the hospital. A neighbor only helped with paracetamol syrup. A day after a fellow reached out with information about Helpster Charity. On reaching Albishir, they were well received and properly evaluated. Diagnoses of lower respiratory tract infections and malaria were made.
Medical history
Isah who received treatment for malaria and lower respiratory tract infection with the support of Helpster Charity and immediate medical attention has made steady progress. Fever, chills, cough, and shortness of breath have resolved, and vital signs remain stable with improved chest findings. The patient is now feeding well, regaining strength, and ready for discharge with follow-up instructions.
Prognosis
LRTI : Usually good with early treatment; risk of complications in children, elderly, or weakened immunity; severe cases may lead to respiratory failure if untreated. Malaria: Favorable with prompt diagnosis and proper therapy; delayed treatment can cause severe anemia, organ failure, or death; prevention greatly improves outcomes.
