Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About skin
Scabies is an infestation of the skin by the human itch mite. The microscopic scabies mite burrows into the upper layer of the skin where it lives and lays its eggs. The most common symptoms of scabies are intense itching and a pimple-like skin rash. It is contagious.

Background
Victoria would like to be a bank manager when she grows up. She likes going to school and also likes to play leg ball when she is not studying. Mathematics is one of her favorite subjects. Her teacher asked her to go to the hospital to get treated for her skin condition and the cough, so that she does not infect the other children.
Medical history
The village administrator noticed that Victoria had a persistent cough, nasal congestion and also had a skin infection that may spread to the other pupils in school. The village administrator had heard about Helpster Charity and brought Victoria and her guardian to the hospital to be assisted. She had scabies and upper respiratory tract infection and was treated in the outpatient where by she was given medication to take at home. After 2 weeks the Helpster volunteer visited her at her home and found her doing well. She was no longer coughing, no nasal congestion and the skin condition had healed.
Prognosis
Without treatment, the itching and skin rash associated with scabies can intensify and become more widespread, leading to severe discomfort and sleep disturbances. Additionally, scratching the affected areas can cause open sores and increase the risk of bacterial skin infections, such as impetigo or cellulitis. In some cases, untreated scabies can lead to a persistent and chronic form of the condition, which can be even more challenging to manage.
