Despite rushing him to hospitals, the family could not afford admission fees, leaving them desperate and heartbroken. Without urgent treatment, Galib’s condition could worsen rapidly, putting his young life at risk. His parents, who dream of seeing him become a doctor one day, now plead for support to save their beloved son.

Mohammad, a 5-year-old boy, was living happily in a village with his parents. In recent days, he had been suffering from cough and cold. This time, he was diagnosed with severe pneumonia, with symptoms including severe respiratory distress, persistent cough and cold, reluctance to feed, and low-grade fever. His parents initially took him to a government hospital, where he was referred to a tertiary care hospital. However, due to financial hardship, they were unable to proceed. They then visited a pediatrician, who also recommended hospital admission. With no funds available and the situation becoming critical, they brought Mohammad to *Narayanganj Poly Clinic* for further management. Now, the family is seeking support from *Helpster* and Narayanganj Poly Clinic to continue his treatment.

The pediatrician has emphasized that with timely and proper treatment, Mohammad’s pneumonia can be effectively managed, and he is likely to make a full recovery without long-term complications.
