Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

About malaria + enteric fever
Malaria and enteric fever are major infectious diseases prevalent in many tropical and subtropical regions, both posing significant health burdens due to their overlapping clinical features and potential complications. Malaria, spread by Anopheles mosquitoes carrying Plasmodium parasites, typically presents with cyclical fever, chills, sweating, body pains, and anemia, and may progress to severe forms affecting the brain, kidneys, or liver if untreated. Enteric fever, commonly caused by Salmonella typhi or paratyphi through contaminated food and water, manifests with sustained high fever, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, diarrhea or constipation, and profound weakness, with risks of intestinal perforation or bleeding if not properly managed. Jafar presented with fever, abdominal pain and headache. He was febrile, temperature of 37.8oC.
