Background
Nayontara Rani is a gentle and hopeful housewife who loves cooking and singing, and she dreams of welcoming a healthy baby into her small family. Her husband works as a day laborer, earning only 8,000 BDT a month, which barely covers food and shelter for their modest tin house. With no savings and constant hardship, they cannot afford the costly treatment needed for her complicated pregnancy. If she does not receive urgent care, both her life and her unborn child’s life are at serious risk from complications like heavy bleeding, cord prolapse, or stillbirth. This poor family’s only wish is to see their first child born safely, but without support, their dream may end in tragedy.
Medical history
Noyatara Rani was admitted to the hospital on October 15, 2025, with a diagnosis of Breech Presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and newborn were discharged on October 19, 2025, in good health. Her husband came to the hospital to receive her and their child. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic and Bablu Abdullah for their treatment and support. Prognosis
The doctors believe that with timely medical intervention, particularly a cesarean section, both mother and baby have a strong chance of safe delivery and recovery. Proper treatment will prevent life-threatening complications such as cord prolapse, severe bleeding, or oxygen deprivation to the baby. If left untreated, however, the risks are grave, including stillbirth, maternal hemorrhage, or permanent injury to the child during delivery. By acting quickly, doctors can protect Nayontara Rani’s health and give her baby the best chance at survival and healthy development.
