When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Acute tonsillitis is a sudden inflammation of the tonsils, usually caused by viral or bacterial infections, such as Streptococcus pyogenes. It commonly presents with a sore throat, fever, swollen and red tonsils, difficulty swallowing, and tender lymph nodes in the neck. The condition is more frequent in children but can occur at any age. An allergy is an overreaction of the immune system to a normally harmless substance, known as an allergen, such as pollen, dust mites, certain foods, or animal dander.

Background
Mitchell is an ambitious young girl living in a Children’s Home. She was rescued by a well-wisher at the age of 4 and later placed in the children’s home, where she currently resides. Mitchell is caring and considerate toward her peers. She aspires to become a medical professional in the future. The home was introduced to Helpster Charity through a site visit by the medical team from Rheemah Hospital together with a Helpster volunteer. For the past month, Mitchell has been unwell, experiencing persistent generalized body rashes. Despite being given oral medication, there was no improvement. Two days ago, her condition worsened, and she developed pain in both eyes, difficulty swallowing, and a productive cough.
Medical history
Upon arrival at Rheemah Hospital, Mitchelle Sydney presented with generalized body rashes for one month, bilateral eye pain, painful swallowing, hoarseness of the voice, and a productive cough. After a thorough examination by the attending medical officer, she was diagnosed with acute tonsillitis and an allergic reaction. Prompt treatment was administered, leading to significant improvement. Helpster Charity covered her medical expenses, ensuring timely care. A follow-up call made yesterday confirmed that Mitchelle is doing well and is planning to return to school on Monday when it reopens.
Prognosis
Prognosis is good. The medication was begun on time and she is already showing improvement
