Bipasha Akter is 37 weeks of single viable pregnancy with severe Oligohydraminous and less fetal movement. Severe oligohydramnios is a serious pregnancy complication characterized by an unusually low amount of amniotic fluid, defined by ultrasound measurements of the largest pocket of amniotic fluid being less than 1 cm. Oligohydramnios in general is when the amniotic fluid volume is less than expected for the gestational age, with severe cases indicating a particularly low amount. Less fetal movements with key risk factors such as FGR, small-for-gestational-age (SGA) fetus, placental insufficiency and congenital malfor- mations.

Background
Bipasha Akter, a hopeful mother-to-be, lives a life of hardship with her husband, a day laborer whose meager earnings are barely enough to sustain them. While she dreams of holding her healthy baby, her pregnancy has become a life-threatening crisis due to severe oligohydramnios and dangerously low fetal movement. The couple is terrified, as they cannot afford the necessary emergency medical care, knowing that without it, the lack of amniotic fluid could compress the umbilical cord, causing oxygen deprivation and potentially fatal outcomes for their unborn child. Their only hope is a miracle to help them overcome their financial burden and ensure the safe delivery of their baby.
Medical history
Mst Bipasha Akter was admitted to the hospital on August, 2025, with a diagnosis of severe oligohydramnios and Less Fetal Movement. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Both mother and newborn were discharged on August 29, 2025, in good health. Her husband came to the hospital to receive her and their child. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic and Bablu Abdullah for their treatment and support. Prognosis
Severe oligohydramnios can indicate underlying issues and can lead to complications for both the mother and the baby, including impaired fetal lung development, limb contractures, and issues during labor and delivery. Her another problem is less fetal movement. Less fetal movements with key risk factors such as FGR, small-for-gestational-age (SGA) fetus, placental insufficiency and congenital malfor- mations. That's why is urgent need to conduct C- section as her first delivery was C-section. If it is not performed so, she and her child go for critical situation.
