Why is treatment sometimes done earlier than the payment?
When a case is urgent and vital, hospitals often proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalisation of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts. That’s why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Hauwa is happily married to Ahmad who leave at Tajuwa village, Ahmad was a farmer and loved to have child just like Hauwa she loves to become doctor to save lives of vulnerable people. Hauwa needed an obstetric emergency necessitating immediate surgical intervention to facilitate delivery due to the ultrasound findings of the fetal death. On presentation at our hospital, it was confirmed with the aid of an Ultrasound scan that the fetus is deformed with a neck tumor and has died but due to this she could not deliver vaginally. Diagnosis is Intrauterine Fetal Death secondary to a Congenital Fetal Anomaly. She requires Cesarean section to expediate delivery.
Medical history
Hauwa Isah’s surgery was a complete success, proceeding smoothly without any complications. After diagnosed with Intrauterine fetal death and Congenital fetal anomaly due to a neck tumor, Under the diligent care of the medical team, Hauwa was closely monitored throughout her three-day admission before being cleared to head home with her parents. Following the doctor's orders, Hauwa’s full recovery took approximately six weeks. She showed great maturity by not rushing back into her physical activities, truly understanding the importance of allowing her body the time it needed to heal completely. When Hauwa finally stepped back onto the field, she felt stronger and more confident than ever before. Hauwa’s parents are so incredibly grateful to the Helpster Charity for making this possible and supporting their family through every step of Hauwa’s journey.
Prognosis
Hauwa in my opinion is a case of Intrauterine Fetal Death due to Congenital Fetal Anomaly. If the dead fetus is not delivered via Caesarean section, there will be complications to the mother because the tumor will not allow for vaginal birth, and the dead fetus will begin to decay causing her more complications.
